摘要
新型铅酸蓄电池消氢帽采用聚丙烯作壳体材料,烧结刚玉片作防爆帽,采用BL-1型消氢催化剂和分子筛吸潮剂,“气水同道”的进气、回水方式,具有反应和回流效率较高,适应电池大电流充电,防爆、防酸性能好等特点。
The structures and functions of main parts for new type XQ-M56hydogen-eliminator of lead-acid batteries w ere introduced.The actual effects o f applications including sealed rea ctions efficiency,maximum accepta ble over-disch arge currents value,performances o f explosion-proof and acid resistan ce as well as return efficiency for th is new type eliminator were outlined in detail.
