气载放射性物质在采样系统管路中的沉积问题

摘要 本文叙述了核设施气态流出物采样系统中气载放射性物质 (放射性气体和放射性气溶胶 )在采样系统管路中的沉积问题。放射性物质在采样系统管路中的沉积 ,会导致实际浓度被低估 ,使采样失去代表性。对于气溶胶粒子的情况 ,在一定条件下 ,沉积粒子的再悬浮 ,又会导致采样测量结果高估气溶胶的实际浓度 ,同样会使采样失去代表性。作者近年在国家环保总局从事环境影响评价管理 ,深感解决此问题的迫切性 ,但在核设施的设计者和运行者中还存在一些模糊认识。本文的目的是引起有关人士对气载放射性物质 。 This paper presents an issue of the precipitation in sampling system pipeline of airborne radioactive substances, radioactive gases and aerosols, from nuclear facility effluents. The precipitation of radioactive substances in sampling pipeline could cause the actual concentrations to be underestimated with inadequate representative of sample, whereas, in the case of aerosol particles, the re suspension of precipitating particles would lead, in some circumstances, to an overestimation of actual aerosol concentrations, also with less representative. The author of this paper, working with EIAs management in the NEPA over the recent several years, has a serious awareness of the imminency of addressing this problem. However there still exist a number of confusing concepts among the designers and/or operators of nuclear facilities. The purpose of the present paper is to bring this problem to the attention of the parts concerned to the in pipeline precipitation of airborne radioactive substances and, in particular, of aerosol particles, so as to be put into study.
