摘要
为评价自制^(99)Tc^m-BPHA肾动态显像剂的生物学特性,采用同体家兔隔天静脉注入^(99)Tc^m-BPHA和^(99)Tc^m-DTPA的方法,观察注药后不同时相血中放射性计数对药代动力学参数及肾动态曲线的影响并进行比较,结果显示^(99)Tc^m-BPHA与^(99)Tc^m-DTPA家兔血药代动力学均符合一次静脉给药的二室药代动力学模型,两者的T_(1/2a)、K_(10)、AUC和CL均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这表明^(99)Tc^m-BPHA比^(99)Tc^m-DTPA体内清除速度快和蓄积少,肾排泄性能更优良。
To evaluate the biological function of a renal dynamic imaging agent 99Tcm-BPHA which is developed in our lab, 99Tcm-BPHA and 99Tcm-DTPA are injected into the same rabbits during different time. Comparing the pharmacokinetics parameters counting and the renal dynamic curve, it is found that pharmacokinetics of 99Tcm-BPHA and 99Tcm-DTPA conform to two-compartment model and the T1/2a、K10、 AUC and CL have statistical meanings between them(P<0. 05). The results show that 99Tcm-BPHA is cleared more rapidly and accumulated less than 99Tcm-DTPA .
