摘要
从患腐皮病的长薄鳅鱼体中分离到M-01,M-02两株细菌,经人工感染试验均对健康长薄鳅表现出较强的致病性,出现与自然患病长薄鳅相同症状,由此证实这两菌株是长薄鳅腐皮病致病菌。试验测得M-01,M-02菌株对泥鳅的LD50分别是1.83×10^-5个菌/ml和5.92×10^5个菌/ml。据菌株形态特征,培养特性和生理生化反应的特点,初步鉴定致病菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)和温和气单胞菌(Aeromonasd sobria)。药敏试验表明以上两株细菌对很多抗菌药物敏感。
The strains of M-01, M-02 were isolated from Lepobetla elongata with rotten skin disease.The artificial infection proved that the two stains had high pathogenicity. They can seriously infect the healthy Leptobetla elongata with the same Symptoms as naturaly. It proved that they the pathogens of the rotten skin disease. The LD50 of strain M-01, M-02 were respetively 1. 83 × 10~5 bacterium/ml and 5. 92 × 10~5 bacterium/ml. According to the morphological features, cultural performances and physio -biochenical reaction, these stains had been idontified as Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeroewnas sobria. The sensitivity test showed that two strains were sensitive to many antibiotic medicines.
