“壮阳散”对南江黄羊种公羊精液品质影响的研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF ZHUANGYANGSAN ON THE SEMEN QUALITY STUD RAM

选用10只南江黄羊种公羊随机分为试验组和对照组。正式开始试验时试验组每只每天饲喂15g“壮阳散”，连用20d。结果表明：种公羊饲喂“壮阳散”后7－14d、15－20d内射精量、精液浓度、精子活力两组间差异极显著（p＜0．01）。停药后10d以内，射精量两组间差异显著（p＜0．05），而精液浓度、精子活力两组间差异仍极显著（p＜0．01），但对精子云雾状、pH值、精子畸形率、顶体异常率则无明显作用。

Ten rams were divided at random into experiment group and control group.Each ram in the experiment group was fed with 15g of Zhuangyangsan for 20 consecutive days.As demonstrated by the result, during the periods of 7-14 days and 15-20 days after the feeding of Zhuangyangsan,there have been marked greatly significant difference between the two groups in semen volume、sperm concentration and perm motility(p <0.01); During the 10 days after the termination of the feeding of Zhuangyangsan, remarkable significant differences have been observed between the two groups in semen volume(p< 0. 05). But the sperm concentration and sperm motility have been still marked greatly sigficant differences (p <0.01). There have been no obvious changes in semen yunwuzhuang、pH、abnormal acrosome rate and sperm deformity.
