摘要
以新青叶的叶或长约5mm的茎为外植体,接种在BA为0.5、1.0、2.0mg/L,NAA为0.1、0.3mg/L的6种激素配比的MS培养基上。结果表明:茎和叶这两种外植体都能诱导愈伤组织发生和芽苗形成,而以BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L效果最好;生根壮苗采用BA0.0、0.5mg/L,NAA0.5、1.0、1.5mg/L的六种激素配比。结果显示,生根壮苗效果以NAA1.5mg/L或BA0.5mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L效果较好。
The explant of Hygrophila polysperma coming from leaf or stem were cultured in 6 MS media with different proportions of BA and NAA. The result showed that both leaf and stem can induce callus and bud in the media, however, the best hormone proportion is BA 1. 0 mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L. In experiment of rooting and promoting seeding, the NAA 1. 5 mg/L or NAA 1.0+BA 0. 5 mg/L is superior to the others.
