在新形势下 ,北京的农业面临一系列新问题、新需求 ,应根据新问题、新需求 ,调整北京农业的功能结构和产品结构 ,并在农业结构调整过程中 ,注意绿化节水、生态建设与经济效益结合、技术储备。

Under current situation, the agriculture is confronting to a series of problems and new demands in Beijing. The agriculture structure should be adjusted according to the characteristic, the function and production structure of agriculture, meanwhile, the combination of saving water, ecology construction and economy efficiency, technology progress and the function of preventing wind and consolidating soil of winter wheat should be considered.
