水分胁迫对燥红土和变性土上玉米叶片过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用盆栽控制试验 ,研究了单作和混作栽培方式及不同施肥处理条件下 ,水分胁迫对金沙江干热河谷典型土壤 (燥红土和变性土 )玉米 (ZeamaysL .)叶片过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的影响。结果表明 :①在一定的水分胁迫范围内 ,玉米叶片的过氧化物酶活性随着土壤含水量的降低而升高 ,但过度胁迫时 ,酶活性降低 ;②随着土壤含水量降低 ,燥土和变性土上生长的玉米叶片的酶活性的变化规律略有差异 ,这与二者的土壤物理性质有关 ;③施肥处理 [T (N 10 0mg+P2 O5170mg +K2 O 6 0mg/kg干土 ) ;Z (NPK +Zn10mg/kg干土 ) ;M (5 2 g干牛粪 /kg干土+NPK) Using the controlled pot experiment,the effects of water stress on peroxidase(POD)activity of maize leaves in typical soil (dry red soil and vertisol)in Jinshajiang dry bot valley were investigated.The results showed that:(ⅰ)in a specific range of water stress ,peroxidase activity in corn leaves increased with the decline of soil water content,however,enzymatic activity decreased when the water stress was overwhelmed;(ⅱ)there was variation of enzymatic activity of corn leaves grown in dry red soil and vertisol accompanied by declining soil moisture content,which were related to the soil physical properties ;(ⅲ)fertilization treatment[T(N100 mg+P 2O 5170 mg+K 2O 60 mg/kg dry soil);Z(NPK+Zn10 mg/kg dry soil);M(5 2 g dry cow dung/kg soil +NPK)]and cultivated pattern affected the enzymatic activity of corn leaves.
