摘要
用重组大豆根瘤菌株HN0 1(10 2 DL)、GR3(10 2 DL)、TA11(PM5)、TA11(3QD)及出发菌株HN0 1、GR3、TA11、YC4 ,对照菌株HN32 与 8个大豆品种进行了“菌株 -品种”的共生固氮试验。结果表明 :1、快生型出发菌株HN0 1、YC4 与重庆 1号大豆品种为菌株与品种最优组合 ,它们的侵染期早 ,结瘤总数最多 ,固氮性强 ;重组菌株HN0 1(10 2 DL)、GR3(10 2 DL)、TA11(3QD)、TA11(PM5)与自贡 5号组合的固氮性均高 ;而GR3菌株与供试 8个大豆品种的结瘤数、固氮量均较低 ,表明该菌株对本试验大豆品种的共生有效性差。 2、重组菌株TA11(PM5)与重庆 1号大豆品种产量比其它菌株高 ,与对照 (不接种 )相比 。
Four recombinant fast growing soybean Rhizobia strains HN01(10 2DL),GR 3(10 2DL),TA 11 (PM 5),TA 11 (3QD)and their parent strains HN01,GR 3,TA 11 ,YC 4 and CK strain HN 32 were used for cross nodulation with eight soybean varieties in order to find out the compatibility of strain host variety indicating high efficiency of symbiotic nitrogen fixation.The results showed that(i) parent strains HN01 and YC 4 had good combination with host variety Chongqing No.1,which performed early infection,large numbers of total nodules and high effectiveness of nitrogen fixation.Recombinant strains HN01(10 2Dl),GR 3(10 2DL),TA 11 (3QD)and TA 11 (PM 5) nodulated well on the host variety Zigong No 5 and showed highly nitrogen fixing efficiency.Strain GR 3 performed poorly with all the host varieties tested;(ii) the combination of the recombinant strain TA 11 (PM 5)with Chongqing No 1 increased the yield significantly in comparison with the uninoculated control.
