灵芝属菌株的酯酶同工酶酶谱分析

Study on esterase isozyme patterns of three Ganoderma strains

对灵芝属中 3株菌株 (灵芝、紫芝和黑芝 )进行了酯酶同工酶分析 ,垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果表明 :三种灵芝的酯酶活性有较大差别 ,其中除了紫芝和黑芝在Rf =0 792处有一条共同的酶带外 。

The patterns of esterase isozyme of Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma sinensis and Ganoderma neo japonicum were studied. The results of PAGE showed that patterns of esterase isozymes of different Ganoderma had significant difference, and there were no same bands except on Rf=0 792.
