白色金针菇新品种金白1号的选育

The breeding of new variety Jinbai 1 in Flammlina velutipes

应用原生质体不对称融合方法 ,以黄色金针菇金针 12和白色糙皮侧耳为亲本 ,进行金针菇转核育种研究 ,从双核化菌株中筛选到了两株子实体白色的金针菇菌株 ,命各为“金白 1号”和“金白 2号” ,其中 ,金白 1号在口感、外观、菌丝长势。

The protoplast fusion was taken between Flammlina velutipes and Pleurotus ostreatus .Two white F velutipes strains were selected from regenerated strains.Cultural test showed that Jinbai 1 was superior to Baixue,a widely planted variety in Sichuan province,in taste,morphology,mycelium growth rate,anti muco ability and so on.
