长根奥德蘑菌种培养基筛选试验

Selection of suitable culture media for Oudemansiella radicata

对两个长根奥德蘑菌株在 4种不同母种和原种培养基上的菌丝生长速度及生长势作比较的结果表明 ,在马铃薯综合培养基上生长速度最快 (6 8mm/d) ,生长势 (菌丝雪白、菌落浓厚、菌丝均匀整齐、紧密 )最佳 ,可作为菌株母种繁殖的首选配方。原种培养基 (杂木屑 39%、菌糠 4 9% )的菌丝生长速度最快 (3 0mm/d) 。

Two Oudemansiella radicata strains were grown on four different culture media respectively, and comparison of their mycelium growth rate and mycelium growth vigor was conducted, 2 best culture media were selected. The mycelium grown on the PDA medium grew fast(6 8?mm/d), snow white, thick and vigor. The stock medium containing 39% sawdust, 49% spawn could be used for culturing parental material of O. radicata which was also the optimum medium for culturing stock and cultivars.
