钝顶螺旋藻对五种微量元素营养需要的研究

摘要 本文通过正交试验,研究确定了铜、锌、锰、钼、钴为钝顶螺旋藻培养液的必需元素,并确定了最佳浓度依次为:2×10^(-7)、2.2×10^(-5)、4×10^(-5)、8.3×10^(-8)、5.5×10^(-5)mol/L。本文以Zarrouk培养基为基础,并对五种微量元素作了修订。本文研究表明:铜、锰的浓度与Zarrouk培养基基本相同,锌高2个数量级,钼低1个数量级。 Copper, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, cobalt were defined as essential elements in culture of spirulina platensis and their optimum concentrations were defined as 2×l0-7(Cu),2.2×l0-5(Zn),4×l0-5(Mn),8.3×10-8(Mo),5.5×l0-5(Co).On the basis of Zarrouk,We revised the concentrations. The results show:the concentration of Cu and Mn was the same as Zarrouk,the concentration of Zn was 100 times as high as that in Zarrouk, the oncentration of Mo was 10 times as low as that in Zarrouk
