摘要 文章提出了一种基于小波变换的字符小波特征向量提取方法。通过对字符图像的小波分解子图求取网格特征向量,构造出字符的小波特征向量。该特征反映了图像字符结构特征和统计特征的综合信息,特征向量稳定、简单、算法快,且特征提取方法具有类人视觉特点。 A method of extracting character wavelet feature vector is presented in this paper based on wavelet transform. Grid feature vector,belonging to the wavelet decomposition sub graph which got by character image wavelet transform,is used to construct character wavelet feature vector. The wavelet feature weobtained is stable,because it is a combination of structure feature and statistic feature,and the algorithm is simple and fast. Furthermore,this feature extraction method has the pattern of human vision.
