摘要
为解决现有个性化服务的不足 ,首先提出了利用虚拟设计技术 ,将地理分布的客户和企业通过网络联系在一起 ,在产品的生命周期的不同阶段 ,引入个性化服务 ,从而更好地提供整个产品生命周期 ,特别是其早期阶段的个性化服务。其次提出了面向个性化服务的虚拟设计系统的体系结构 ,并为关键的客户设计过程建立了模型。
Aimed at solving some problems of current personalized service. the paper advances the way that makes use of technology of virtual design, and connects the client with the enterprise through network firstly. During the different partition of product life cycle, especially its forepart, the way can take the demand of personalized service, and can satisfy it. Secondly, the paper introduces the architecture of virtual design for personalized service, and models the crucial client design process. Finally, it introduces the prototype that is to implement the virtual design system for personalized service.
