塑料制品修边刀架的设计及应用

摘要 介绍了塑料制品飞边修削时使用的修边刀架的设计和应用。修边刀架的结构是利用塑料制品不需修削的三点(或两面、一点或一面、两点)支承,对制品的修削深度进行控制来设计的。另外,针对塑料制品结构的多样性,即内、外圈都有可能需要修削的特点,修边刀架的结构分别有内环修削、外框修削两大部分。因此,该修削刀架的适用范围较为广泛。如若改变刀架结构中调整块的尺寸(厚度、宽度),塑料制品的修削质量,将随尺寸减小而提高。该修边刀架的制作非常简单,一般的厂家均可制造。因此,可广泛应用于塑料加工的各大、中、小型企业。本修边刀架的采用,将大大提高塑料制品的外观质量、提高工人修削的速度、降低工人的操作强度、提高修削的安全可靠性。 The article introduces briefly the design and appllication of edge chamfer tool carriage being used in edge chamfer for plastic product. The structure of edge chamfer tool carriage is designed to control the depth of chamfer of the product with three points (or two planes and one point or one plane and two points) support which are not needed to be chamfer. In addition, due to the variety of structure of plastic product, i, e. it is po- ssible to chamfer both inside and outside. The structure of edge chamfer tool carriage has two parts of chamfer for both sides. The tool carriage has a wide application. If the dimension(depth, width) of adjusting piece in the tool carriage is changed, the chamfr quality of the plastic product will be varied. The manufacture of the edge chamfer tool carriage is very simple. It can be manufactured in normal factory. Therefore it can be widely used in every large, medium and small plastics processing factory, it will greatly improve the appearance quality of plastic product, raise chamfer rate and reduce operating strength of worker, and also increase safety reliability of chamfer.
