摘要
介绍了ABS接枝液与α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(α-MS-AN)进行乳液共混改性的研究,找出了能制备综合性能较佳的耐热ABS树脂的配方。用DSC法和PGC法分别研究了上述两组分的相容性和所制得树脂的组成。实验结果表明,α-MS-AN共聚物可改进ABS的耐热性和刚性,有利于该树脂进一步降低价格,扩大应用。并就ABS接枝物中橡胶粒径、含胶量等对制得树脂性能的影响进行探讨。此外,还介绍了该树脂的应用。
The studies on the emulsion blend modifications of ABS graft latices with α-MS-AN (α-methyl-styrene-acrylonitrile)copolymers were introduced. The optimal formulation for producing a heat resistant ABS resin was discovered. The compatibility and composition were demonstrated by DSC, PGC and TEM diagrams respectively. The experimental results show that the heat resistance and rigidity of the ABS can be improved by adding α-MS-AN copolymer, resulting in reduction of the production costs and extension in application field. The influences of the latex particle size and the rubber contents in ABS graft latex upon the properties of the resin prepared have been investigated. Additionally, the uses of the resin were also introduced.
