摘要
针对桑塔纳轿车空气冷启动器中PPS出线板制件,讨论了PPS的特性、模具的设计要点以及PPS的加工特点。试验表明:选用30%玻纤增强PPS制作出线板其性能完全满足使用要求;采用XS-ZY-125型注射机,注射温度260~330℃、模温135℃、注射压力115MPa、保压时间35s、冷却时间30s、螺杆转速30r/min的加工工艺条件,可获得性能较好的PPS出线板制件。
This paper discusses the characteristic, essentials of mold design and the processing distinguishing Characteristics Of PPS about the pJate that lines are gone out by it in cool air starter of the car. The experimental result shows that the property of the product meets the application demand when the plate is made by 30%GF-PPS,and that the plate of PPS will be better with XS-ZY-PS injection press under the following conditions; injection temperature, 260-330℃; mold temperature, 135℃; injection pressure, 115 MPa; holding time, 35s;cooling time, 30s;screw speed, 30r/min.
