摘要
介绍一种高强度、低膨胀、耐候性优的玻璃纤维增强PVC窗框的制造方法。配方是:PVC树脂100质量份、玻璃纤维5～30质量份、云母5～50质量份、密合改性剂5～20质量份、加工助剂1～5重量份和除垢剂0.05～3质量份。工艺过程是:配料、混合、双辊炼塑、双辊拉片、切粒、挤出、窗框异型材、窗框。
A manufacture method of window frame with glass fiber reinforced PVC was introduced. The window flame has high strength, low expansion and good weather resistance. The window frame compound comprises PVC resin 100, glass fiber 5～30, mica 5—50,closing modifiers,e. g. CPE 5～20, acrylic processing aids 1～5 and magnesium oxide 0. 05-—3 weight parts. The processing flowsheet: preparation→mixing→plastication with two-roll mills→calendering sheet with two-roll mills→granulation→extrusion→window frames.
