摘要
提出开发钙塑纸的新用途,扩大其应用领域,具有以塑代木,缓解森林资源缺乏的战略意义。通过选择高纯度、高白度、超细滑石粉以及新型铝酸酯偶联剂,可大幅度提高钙塑纸的机械强度和刚性。通过对钙塑纸的二次涂布加工,有效地降低了表面电阻率,提高了油墨吸收性和干燥性,提高了可印性,从而赋予钙塑纸以全新的纸化性能。
The mechanical strength and rigidity of calcium-plastic paper have been improved greatly by choosing higher purity and whiteness of superfine talc and new aluininate coupling agent. Through the coating processing the resistance rate of the surface of the paper has been effectively reduced. The absorptivity and dryness of the ink and the printability of the paper have also been improved.
