我国公共图书馆在对日文文献数据编制建库的工作中往往套用CNMARC ,但在实际工作中却存在不少差异。因此 ,编制一份适用于日文机读目录格式的使用说明书 ,使日文文献数据编制建库工作达致规范 ,是提高各馆工作质量、提高工作效率的有效途径。

In our public libraries,we always apply CNMARC to set up Japanese document database.But,we all know,there are much discrepancy in both of them. So,it is important to draw up an operation instruction that applicable to the form of Japanese document machine-readable catalogue.Then,we can not only standardize the setting up of the database but also improve our working quality and efficiency.
