Study on Friction and Wear Properties of Several Ni based Alloys in Sliding against Co WC at Elevated Temperature

摘要 利用热压烧结工艺制备了 Ni- Cr和 Ni- Cr- S合金 ,分析了其显微组织 ,并考察了 2种镍基合金在室温至 60 0℃范围内同 Co- WC对摩时的摩擦学性能 .研究结果表明 :Ni- Cr合金的显微组织比较均匀 ,Ni- Cr- S合金的组织由 Ni( Cr)固溶体基体和树枝状的铬的硫化物构成 ;Ni- Cr合金在室温时的磨损机理为磨粒磨损 ,而在高温下以粘着磨损和塑性变形为主 ;Ni- Cr- S合金与 Co- The Ni-Cr and Ni-Cr-S alloys were prepared by hot-pressing process. The microstructures of the two Ni-based alloys as well as the morphologies of worn surfaces and debris were analyzed by means of energy disperse spectrometry and scanning electron microscopy. The X-ray diffraction was used to determine phases presence of alloys. The tribological properties of the two Ni-based alloys in sliding against Co-WC at room temperature and 600°C were investigated using a ball-on-disk high temperature tribometer. The results showed that the microstructure of the Ni-Cr alloy was uniform, while the Ni-Cr-S alloy was composed of Ni(Cr) matrix with branch-like chromium sulfides tissue. The wear mechanism of the Ni-Cr alloy was abrasive wear at room temperature and adhesive wear as well as plastic deformation at high temperatures, respectively. The chromium sulfides in Ni-Cr-S alloy reduced the adhesion in the tribo-pair effectively. This contributed to improve the wear-resistance.
