摘要
研究了温度对准晶材料 /类金刚石 ( DL C)涂层在干摩擦条件下的摩擦特性 ,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及表面分析仪等对准晶材料表面形貌和晶体结构进行了观察与分析 .结果表明 ,温度对准晶材料表面摩擦特性影响显著 ,35 0℃下其磨损机制为剥层磨损 。
The influence of temperature on the friction and wear behavior of Al59Cu25.5Fe12.5B3 quasicrystal in the dry sliding against a diamond-like-carbon coating was studied with a ring-on-disc test rig. The surface microstructure and morphology had been observed and analysed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction and surface profile-analysis. The results showed that the friction and wear behavior for the quasicrystals was greatly influenced by the temperature. the wear mechanism was dominated by delamination wear at 350°C, while it was characterized by adhesion wear at room temperature.
