摘要
针对F6L912Q发动机 ,设计了以Motorola公司M 6 8HC11E2单片机为核心的电控系统硬件部分 ,简要介绍了相关的传感器和执行器部件 ;并用模块化设计方法设计了系统控制软件 ,重点介绍了多点顺序喷射时序的控制方法和扩大转速识别范围的实现手段 .
Based on the character of F6L912Q engine,the hardware part of electronic control system was designed,in which M68HC11E2 made by Motorola Company was the most important part,and the relevant sensor and executor components were introduced briefly.The software was designed with the method of modularization design.The controlling method of time-order of multi-point sequential injection system as well as the measure of expanding the range of speed were introduced in detail.The results obtained from the engine bench test proved that the system solution is feasible.
