摘要
外部晶振与内部时钟的同步是实现计算机与并行数据之间可靠通讯的必要条件。
Synchronization between the exterior crystal and inside clock is the necessary condition with which the data can communicated with computer credibly. It is the characteristic of this design in which the RTS signal of the computer as the reset signal of the data transmitted and transformed to realize in phase.
