摘要
以基于特征的参数化实体造型系统Pro/Engineer为平台,开发了一套完全集成于Pro/E系统的三维铸造工艺工装CAD/CAE系统。将三维CAD子系统与凝固模拟CAE子系统集成,根据凝固模拟CAE结果校核与优化CAD设计,提高了设计的可靠性并缩短设计周期。
A 3D CAD/CAE system of casting technology & tooling equipment based Pro/Engineer has been developed. With the integration of CAD and CAE system, the result of numerical simulation can evaluate and optimize the result of design, thus can improve the reliability and shorten the time circle of design.
