摘要
指出拉延筋几何参数 (拉筋高度、拉筋圆角 )是影响拉延筋阻力的主要因素。提出在拉延成形中 ,拉延筋、凹模圆角参数设计需满足拉延筋各几何参数间的约束、筋参数变化约束以及“协同变化”原则。将遗传算法应用于拉延筋几何参数的优化设计 ,并用实例验证。
In this paper, it is pointed out that the geometrical parameters of draw-bead (height, round radius, etc.) are the main factors for stretching resistance in panel forming. Three kinds of restrictions, which should be abided in draw-bead design for stretching panel, are also summarized: restrictions among parameters; restrictions for rate of parameters changing; changing parameters in the 'same direction'( harmoniously). Based on these restrictions, genetic algorithm is applied in optimizing geometrical parameters of draw-bead, and the result is verified by real automobile stretching panel.
