薄膜润滑条件下指数粘度修正模型的速度场分析 被引量:2

摘要 在薄膜润滑轴承分析中 ,流体的流动状态将直接影响其润滑特性 ,其主要反映在润滑剂粘度的分布。以指数粘度修正模型来研究在微小间隙内润滑剂的速度特性 ,得出速度分布规律 ,为薄膜流体的温度场和剪切稀化等问题提供计算依据。 The lubrication effect is directly affected by flowing characteristics of liquid in thin film lubrication. The viscosity distribution of lubricant is the most key point. The velocity properties of lubricant into micro-clearance are researched under a correcting model of viscosity with exponential function in the study. The distribution law of the velocity is obtained. The datum are provided for the temperature field analysis and rare faction of the cut research.
