摘要
综述了国内外有关焊接温度场与力学场模拟的最新研究进展 ,主要内容包括焊接温度场和力学场模拟的基础理论、关键模型及模拟方法。对焊接温度场、显微组织转变及焊接残余应力的耦合分析进行了讨论 ,介绍了几种典型的焊接模拟专用软件以及并行有限元分析技术。
The newest research developments at home and abroad on simulation of temperature field and mechanics field in welding process have been summarized, which includes the details of basic theories, key models and simulation methods. At the same time, the coupled analyses about temperature, microstructure transformation and residual stress are also discussed. At last, some typical softwares for welding simulation and a new simulation technique about parallel finite element are also presented.
