硬盘驱动器主轴系统的现状及发展 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了计算机硬盘的工作原理和技术发展趋势,指出了目前以脂润滑深沟球轴承为支承的硬盘主轴系统在不可重复误差、结构尺寸、寿命和噪声方面存在的问题制约了硬盘技术性能的进一步提高,重点讨论了有可能取代球轴承成为未来硬盘主轴支承的空气轴承、脂润滑轴承、磁流体轴承及油润滑轴承的各自优势及需要克服的问题。 Principles and technology development of computer hard disk drives ard briefly introduced. It is pointed out that the problems of grease-lubricated ball bearings, which are used in the current hard disk drive spindles in non-repeatable runout , size, life time and noise restricts the further improvement of hard disk drive. The advantages of and challenges in fluid hydrodynamic bearings, including air, grease, ferrofluid and oil bearings, which would replace ball bearings to support hard disk drive spindles in the future, are discussed in detail.
