摘要
阐述了组装纳米结构涂层的材料学基础、意义及国内外应用研究现状;综述了纳米结构喷涂粉材的组成、加工方法和加工步骤,以及利用热喷涂技术(直接组装法和间接法)、电沉积技术、胶粘技术组装纳米结构涂层的技术路线和工艺条件;介绍了固相反应法、液相反应原位喷雾干燥法等加工纳米结构喷涂粉材的新方法。
Material science basis, significance and current state of application and research synthesizing novel nano-structered engineering coating is stated. The composition, processingmethods and steps of nanostructured feedstock are introduced. The technological routes, processing condition synthesizing novel nanostructered engineering coating by thermal spray technology,electrodeposition technology, and adhesion technology are summarized. Some new methods, solid state reaction by mechanical milling and liquid state reaction followed by spray drying, of synthesizing nanostructured feedstock are proposed.
