摘要
介绍自动补偿镗刀杆制造中的关键工艺方法 ,用自动检测自动补偿系统中刀尖磨损和补偿量的循环动态曲线来分析标准结构镗刀杆不能满足同时加工两个长度不同孔的性能要求的原因 ,以及采取的改进措施和改进后的效果。
s:Key processing methods are introduced for automatic compensating boring bar. Reason that a standard boring bar can't meet the performance requirement for machining two holes with different depths simultaneously is analyzed by cycle dynamic curve for tool tip wear and compensation in automatic inspecting & compensating system, as well as the innovating measures and effects of innovation are introduced. For which, values are deduced for innovating the two adjusting slanting angles by using the calculation formula for the tool-tip radial compensation.
