简要介绍了单螺杆挤压机的构成和工作原理以及螺杆挤压机控制系统的发展趋势 .提出了螺杆挤压机的一种新型压力、速度控制系统的设计思想 ,并详细介绍了该系统的组成和工作原理 ,该系统引入了西门子 6RA2 4直流调速器和霍尼韦尔UDC30 0 0过程控制器 ,压力检测元件采用了可靠性高的 GP 5 0压力传感器 .实际运行结果表明 :该系统可靠性高。

This paper briefly introduces the work principle of singlescrew extruder and the develop trend of screw extruder control system.The design idea of one kind of newstyle press and speed control system is put forward.The structure and work principle of this system is introduced in detail.In this system,6RA24 DC governor of Siemens and UDC3000 process control of Honeywell are introduced.The GP50 press sensor with high reliability is used as press detect component.The result of running show that the system has high reliability and the control method is advanced.\;
