摘要 利用肝脏硬度的无创伤估计系统 ,可以及时估计肝脏的弹性状况 ,对了解和控制肝病进程有积极的意义。本文先在常用超声仪上获得肝脏的 M型超声图像 ,接着从图像中分别提取肝脏包膜的运动包络和 A型扫描信号相关系数随时间变化的曲线 ,然后从运动包络和相关曲线中提取出相应的特征参量 ,最后用 Fisher判别法进行肝脏是否硬化的分类决策。结果表明 :该方法可以为简单、有效地诊断肝硬化提供新的手段。 A non invasive estimation system for the hardness of livers which can reflect the elasticity of livers in time is significant to diagnose and control the disease.In this paper an M mode ultrasound image was firstly obtained from the human's liver using a general ultrasonic scanner.From this image,the motion envelope of the li ver was extracted and the correlation coefficient waveform between pairs of A scan signal was calculated.Then several feature parameters were estimated from the obtained motion envelope and correlation coefficient waveform.Finally a Fisher decision criterion was used to classify the livers' hardness.The application results showed that this proposed method is simple and efficient for the livers' hardness diagnosis.
