根据经济全球化的要求,提出了创新是企业发展的原动力,简要论述了企业在观念上、体制上、管理上、技术上和企业文化上的创新内涵。
Base on the demanding of economic golbalization, a new idea that innovation is the originalpower of enterprise development is offered. The immanent innovation in concept, system ,management ,technic and culture of enterprise are discussed.
