摘要 钙钛矿型稀土锰氧化物因其特殊的巨磁电阻效应 ,引起人们广泛的关注。本文用非晶态分子合金为前驱体 ,在低温下制备了La0 .67-xNdxSr0 .3 3 MnO3 的系列纳米复合氧化物。通过IR、TG DTA、XRD、AFM等对合成条件及纳米粒子的组成、结构、形貌。 In recent year, mixed valance manganese perovskite shows remarkable interests in solid state physics and chemistry because of its special magneto transport properties and colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) effect. In this paper,a new route was reported to synthesize the nanosized La 0.67- x Nd x Sr 0.33 MnO 3 perovskite crystalline complex oxides at a rather lower calcination temperature upper than 500℃ using molecular alloys of La Nd Sr Mn DTPA as their precusors.The synthesise condition, shape and diameter of the particle of the nanosized complex oxides have been studied by IR, TG DTA, XRD, AFM.
