粘结SmFe_2合金的制备工艺与磁致伸缩性能研究

Manufacture process and magnetostriction of epoxy bonded SmFe_2 composites

采用树脂粘结法制备了不同尺寸的SmFe2 合金样品 ,研究了粘结剂的含量、模压压力、样品密度及样品尺寸对SmFe2 合金的磁致伸缩性能的影响规律。结果表明 :粘结剂含量和模压压力对粘结SmFe2 合金的磁致伸缩性能具有较大影响。当棒材样品长度≥ 2 0mm时 。

The epoxy bonded SmFe2 composites with different size were prepared. The dependence of the magnetostriction of epoxy bonded SmFe2 composites on the proportion of binder, moulding stress and sample size was investigated. It showed that the proportion of binder and moulding stress have an marked effect on the magnetostriction of epoxy SmFe2 composites. The sample size also has an effect on the magnetostriction when the size is 20 mm.
