摘要 以聚丙烯酸为载体通过溶胶凝胶法合成纳米级尖晶石结构的锂离子电池正极材料LixMn2 O4(1<x <1.12 )。讨论锂锰摩尔比、烧结温度对产物结构的影响。此外 ,改进了传统烧结方法 ,对烧结产物进行回火处理。实验结果表明 ,烧结温度为5 5 0℃时晶化完全 ,结构完整 ;当锂锰比为 1.0 8∶2时性能较佳 ,初始容量为 12 5mAh/g ;回火可改善LixMn2 Spinel Li x Mn 2O 4 powders as a cathode for lithium ion secondary battery were synthesized by a sol gel method using a PAA (polyacrylic acid) as a chelating agent. The dependence of the physicochemical properties of the spinel powders on the value x ,the calcination temperatuer was investigated. In addition,a new calcination method was put forward, that is after first calcination at higher temperature, annealing at temperature a bit less than former. It was found that polycrystalline Li x Mn 2O 4 powders calcined at about 550℃ crystallize perfectly; when the molar ratio of lithium ion to maganese ion was 1.08∶2, spinel Li x Mn 2O 4 delivers higher initial capacity of 125mAh/g;the properties of spinel material have improved by annealing treatment.
