摘要
添加 0~ 6mol%Y2 O3 的ZrO2 超微粉体由化学共沉淀法制备 ,系统地研究了添加剂对粉体粒子粒径、表面性质和团聚状态的影响。结果表明 ,添加Y2 O3 组元 ,使制备的ZrO2 粉体粒子粒径减小 ,对粒子的长大趋势可起到抑制作用 ,但加剧了粉体粒子的团聚 ,团聚体颗粒变大 ,团聚强度升高 ,随着组元添加量的增多 。
Y 2O 3 doped ZrO 2 ultrafine powders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. The effect of Y 2O 3 dopant content on the crystallite size and agglomerate characteristics of nano sized ZrO 2 powders has been inverstigated. Experimental results show that Y 2O 3 dopant effectively decreases the ZrO 2 particle size, but causes the agglomerate formation of colloidal particles and significantly increases the agglomerate size and agglomerate strength of ZrO 2 powders. Y 2O 3 dopant inhibits the nano sized ZrO 2 ultrafine particle from growing up and makes the growth activation energy of ZrO 2 particle augment in calcination.
