产业区“灵活专业化”的两种不同模式比较——兼论“特质交易”观点被引量：27

Comparing of Two Different Modes of Flexible Specialization in Industrial Districts

摘要本文区分了两种不同的灵活专业化模式 ,分别以产业专有资产和企业专有资产为特征。前者是对产业专有资产的不同组合而实现灵活专业化 ,后者是通过企业的创新以及大小企业之间的合作实现灵活专业化。两种模式见于不同类型的产业区。本文还认为前一种模式中企业间的交易不是特质交易。前一种模式向后一种模式转变是产业区创新的重要条件 ,实现这种转变需要加强企业间的合作与信任。 The article distinguishes two kinds of flexible specialization, charactered by industry and firm specialized assets each. The former one achieve flexible specialization by combining industry assets in different ways and the latter by innovation and the cooperation between big and small firms. The two forms of specialization can be find in varies industrial districts. The article also thinks the trade made between firms in the former kind of varies industrial district is not belong to the idiosyncrasy one. The transforming of the former mode to the latter one is an important condition for the innovation of industrial districts.To realize the transformation , enhancing cooperation and trust between firms is necessary.
