摘要
工业部门大量存在着障碍物。实践证明,障碍物对加速燃烧和诱导爆炸具有非常重要的影响。为了深入研究障碍物与火焰之间的关系,本文基于湍流的k ε模型和改进的EBU Arrhenius燃烧模型,考虑了障碍物对流动的附加作用,通过修改方程的源项,建立了湍流加速火焰使火焰形状改变的理论模型。本文选用Simple格式,壁面边界层采用壁面函数法处理,模拟了火焰在含有障碍物的三维空间中的传播现象,其数值模拟得到的火焰形状与实验结果做了对比,结果表明本计算是成功的。最后,还分析了导致火焰变形的原因。
There are a lot of obstacles in industries.And it proves that these obstacles have great effect on the acceleration combustion and induce explosion.In order to study the relationship between the obstacle and the flame, in this paper, through considering the additional influence of obstacle and modifying the source terms of equations, a theoretical model about the turbulence acceleration deforming the flame is created, which is based on the kε turbulence model and the improved EBUArrhenius combustion model.The phenomena, which the flame spreads in the volume containing an obstacle,are simulated by adopting the SIMPLE algorithm and choosing the wallfunction to treat the near wall region.Comparing the result of simulation and experiment,it shows that the simulation is successful.In the end, the reasons of flame deformation are analyzed.
