《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2002)荷载及设计指标的变化对钢结构用钢量的影响 被引量:3

The Effect on Weight of Steel Used Due to Amendments of Loads and Design Factorsin New Edition of Code for Design of Steel Structures

摘要 本文简要介绍了《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2002)在荷载指标及设计指标上的一些主要变更。通过对几个具代表性的结构和构件———重型工业厂房、吊车梁系统、收费站网架及屋面檩条的试设计分析,比较了新旧规范由于荷载指标及设计指标的变更对钢结构用钢量的影响。新规范对荷载及设计指标的取值作了较大调整,使钢结构的用钢量普遍提高。其中对单层重型工业厂房和收费站网架,用钢量增加幅度在3%~4%范围;新规范对吊车横向水平力的计算有了新的规定,吊车梁系统用钢量的增加幅度达到了8%左右;用钢量增加幅度最大的是不上人的轻型屋面檩条,提高幅度达22%。 This paper briefly described the main amendments of the loads and design strength in the new edition of Code for Design of Steel Structures. By the analysis of several typical structures and members--a heavy factory building, a crane girder system, a space truss and a roof purlin, the weight of steel computed by the new edition and the old edition code have been compared. As the values of loads and strength in the new edition of code have been changed so much, the weight of steel are increased in general. The weight of steel is increased by about 3%to 4%for a heavy factory building or a space truss of ticket station. Because the provisions in the new code for calculating the lateral force have been changed, the weight of steel for crane girder is increased by 8%. The maximum amount of increasing in weight of steel is 22%for the roof purlins.
