国际货币体系改革的新制度经济学思考

The International Monetary System Revolution and New Institutional Economics Study

本文认为 ,制度是社会变革与经济发展的关键性因素 ,由于金融危机源于制度非均衡 ,而制度非均衡的存在 ,又会引发制度变迁 ,因此 ,为重建国际经济新秩序 ,“后布雷顿森林时代”的国际货币体系亟需制度的创新与变革。

In the paper the author points out that the institution is the pivotal facto for the social revolution and economic development. Since institutional disequilibrium could develop financial crises and also promote the institutional revolution on the other side, therefore, it is urgent to accelerate institutional innovation and reform of 'post Bretton Woods Monetary System in order to rebuild the new international economic order.
