摘要
无粘结预应力和有粘结预应力技术 ,在解决大跨度、大空间、大面积混凝土结构设计上 ,具有重要的作用。本文提出的大跨度、重载、大面积无粘结预应力混凝土屋盖体系和大跨度、超长度有粘结预应力混凝土框架体系 ,在施工中解决了诸多关键技术 :张拉、锚固、布管、穿筋、灌浆等。这些经验 ,有助于推动大跨度预应力技术的发展。现场进行的摩擦系数的测定与试验 ,为修订现行技术规范提供了可参考的数据。
Unbonded prestressed concrete and bonded prestressed concrete techniques play a very important role in design of large space,large spand and large area concrete structures.This paper presents that several key techniques:tendon tensioning;end anchoring;duct fixing;tendon fitting;mortar grouting etc,have been solved in construction of the large space roof unbonded prestressed concrete structures and the extra large spand bonded prestressed concrete stuctures, which is helpful to development of the large spand prestressed concrete structures.The reference data of in situ testing and serveying of the friction coefficient of tendons have been provided for remedy of the currently technical specification. \[
