摘要
通过对患病草鱼进行症状分析 ,从病鱼的实质器官中分离获得S - 1菌株。菌落乳白色 ,圆形 ,微凸 ,表面光滑 ,湿润 ,边缘整齐 ,具运动力 ,β溶血。根据细菌形态学鉴定、培养特性及生化试验结果 ,鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophila)。人工感染健康草鱼出现同样症状 ,证实了该菌株是此病的致病菌。腹腔注射健康草鱼 ,半致死浓度 (LD50 )为 1.0 5 4× 10 5个细菌 /ml。同时 ,对发病鱼池的水质进行了初步研究 ,发现有机质和氨氮含量极高 ,环境条件也是发生该病的重要原因之一。
S-1 strain was isolated from the organs of sick Ctenopharyngodon idellus. It belongs to Aeromonas hydrophila according to the appraisal of bacterium morphology, culture traits and chembiological test results. The same symptom happened when artificially infecting the healthy Ctenopharyngodon idellus. S-1 strain was therefore proved to be the pathogentic bacteria. When injected in abdominal cavity,the LD 50 of Ctenopharyngodon idellus was 1.054×10 5 bacterium per ml. Meanwhile, a study on water in the pond of the sick Ctenopharyngodon idellus showed that the water contained excessive organic substance and ammonia & nitrogen. So the environment was proved to be another important cause of the disease.
