摘要
本试验通过在饵料中分别添加 2 5mg/kg、5 0mg/kg、75mg/kg、10 0mg/kg的大蒜素投喂淡水白鲳。经过 4 0d的试验 ,试验各组比对照组的增重率分别提高了 88.94 %、10 2 .85 %、92 .4 7%和5 8.4 9% ,成活率分别提高 14 .5 9%、7.5 %、2 .0 88%、8.12 5 % ,饵料系数分别降低 1.6 6 6 %、9.373%、12 .4 9%和 10 .2 1%。且试验组鱼胴体粗蛋白含量分别比对照组提高了 2 2 .98%、13.5 5 %、2 .30 %和0 .19% ;而胴体粗脂肪含量试验组与对照组变化不大 ,并得出淡水白鲳饲料中大蒜素适宜添加量为5 1.86— 74 .15mg/kg。
Each experimetal group was fed with articfical feed in which 25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,75 mg/kg,100 mg/kg allimin was added respectively. After 40 days ,the rate of weight gain of experimental group was raised by 88 94%,102 85%,92.47% and 58.49% respectirely The rate of survivial of the experimental groups was raised by 14.59%,7.5%,2.088%,8.125% respectively;The conversion rate of food of experimental groups decreased by 1.666%,9.373%,12.49%,10.21% respectively.The crude protein content of the fish in the expermental groups increased by 22.98%, 13.53%, 2.30%, 0.19%. The adipose rate of all groups was similar to each others.On account of the two factors: the weight gain rate and feed conversion rate,the best adding amount of allimin ranges from 51.86 mg/kg to 74.15 mg/kg.
