畜产品加工业不发达是畜牧业大发展的“瓶颈”

畜牧业产业化发展是我国当前农业和农村经济发展的重要战略 ,畜产品加工的功能推证其是畜牧业产业化的重要环节和最后归途 ,本文分析了畜产品加工业不发达制约畜牧业大发展“瓶颈”现象的成因 。

Animal husbandry industrialization is an important strategy of the current development of agriculture and rural economy. This paper not only describes the function of animal products processing and testifies its important role as final step in animal husbandry industrialization,it also analyses the factors that restrict the further development of animal husbandry. Meanwhile, it puts forward some solutions to promote animal products processing.
