随着信息的全球化和直通化 ,网络日益显露出它快捷、灵通和多功能的优越性 ,并且其发展变化异常迅猛。不容置疑 ,网络确实扩大了人们的视野使整个世界成为了一个小小的地球村 ,但它对我们产生的影响也应引起我们的重视 。

With the globalization of information, network is increasingly showing its superiority as a rapid, well-informed and multi-functional tool. Meanwhile people are getting better in studying and mastering it day by day. On one hand, network has undoubtedly broadened our horizon and made the whole world a small "global village". On the other hand, we should attach importance to the impact,especially the impact on the present ideological and political education in institutes of higher learning.
