摘要
选用胎次和年龄相同、原种系群的荣昌母猪 ,与美系大约克、加系长白公猪配种 ,生产约×长荣、长×约荣、约×荣、长×荣四个组合猪。结果 :三系杂交组增重较快 ,其中长×约荣组增重最快 ;胴体瘦肉率 ,长×约荣组最高 (P <0 .0 1) ;六至七肋和三点平均背膘厚 ,长×约荣组最薄 ,显著(P <0 .0 5)或极显著 (P <0 .0 1)低于其它组 ,但肉质则以约×荣组最佳。
Rongchang sows of the same litter order and age were selected to mate with Large White and Landrance boars,The result showed that the weight gain of Landrance×Large White-Rongchang Pigs increased most markedly(P<0.01),the fat thickness of Landrance×Large White-Rongchang was thinner than the others(P<0.01),but the meat quality of Large White×Rongchang was the best?
