不同膨化参数对大豆品质的影响

STUDY ON THE QUALITY OF SOYBEAN UNDER DIFFERENT EXPANSION REFERENCE

利用SDET— 90型膨化机 ,选择不同的水分、温度、压力、孔径等工艺参数对大豆的淀粉糊化度、脲酶活性、粗纤维、粗脂肪等成分经膨化后的变化进行试验 ,结果表明 :膨化机机镗温度控制在 ( 165± 5)℃ ,压力在 0 .4MPa左右 ,水分在 17%左右 ,模孔直径 5mm时加工出的膨化大豆饲用价值较高。

SDET-90 extruder was used to experiment on the changes of soybean′s amylum extrusion degree,ureasc activity,crude fiber,crude fat and other compositions after being extruded under different moisture content,pressure,bore diameters and other technological parameters. The result showed that better extruding effects can be abtained under the temperature of 165 ℃,the pressure of 0.4 MPa and the moisture content of about 17 percent.
